I know some of you might have the argument that carving a pumpkin is not art, but I’ve seen some pretty amazing pumpkins in my art and I believe that art is subjective. Here are some steps to make sure that your pumpkin art is as successful as possible. Choose your design first. Now, I know that might seem a little counter-intuitive, but you’ll be better prepared when you go to the pumpkin patch (or your local grocery store) if you have a rough idea of what size and shape pumpkin you need.
